As Co-Founder of KMI International, Mike Kraus now sits on the Board of Directors. Mr. Kraus began his career at the Port of Baltimore where his first major construction project was at Baltimore Port’s Dundalk Marine Terminal. He has over 40 years of project and construction management experience. Mr. Kraus has been instrumental in the delivery of a number of high-profile projects, such as Canaveral Port Authority’s Cruise Terminal 3, Universal City Orlando’s Expansion including the infrastructure project & CityWalk, the St. Thomas Ritz-Carlton Club & Frenchman’s Cove, and dozens of other construction projects spanning the globe.
Mr. Kraus is a registered engineer in Florida, Maryland, and St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. He is also a Certified Construction Manager and has his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate License. He is active in the Propeller Club and Florida Airports Council. He received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland.
