Matt’s career began in the themed entertainment sector, contributing to world-renowned projects such as LEGOLAND Florida and Universal’s Islands of Adventure. He quickly rose through the ranks with a strong track record on high-profile hospitality developments like Universal’s Endless Summer Resort, Aventura Hotel, and Loews Sapphire Falls Resort—where he managed estimating, budgeting, and design coordination through all project phases. His hands-on knowledge of construction processes informs his ability to develop realistic estimates and guide clients through value-driven decision-making.

Beyond hospitality and entertainment, Matt has led estimating efforts for public sector and aviation infrastructure projects, including airport expansions, public safety facilities, schools, and U.S. Coast Guard bases.
