KMI recently attend the Florida Chapter of the ESOP Association’s 2024 Spring Seminar Awards Luncheon. While at the luncheon, KMI was proud to receive the Rising Star Award for our continued commitment to Employee Ownership. At KMI, our employee owners are consistently motivated to share their voice on how we can improve KMI as a team.
In addition to receiving the award, KMI Director of Marketing, Michelle Long, sat on a panel discussion about key team building for ESOPs. Members of the panel were at different stages of their employee ownership journey and shared their unique approaches to building an ownership culture. Michelle is currently the Vice President of Communications for the Florida Chapter of the ESOP Association, and Chair for the KMI Ownership Culture Committee. She exemplifies what it means to be an employee owner, and we are extremely proud of how she represented KMI on the panel.
