As a Florida Certified Roofing and Building Contractor, as well as a Certified Professional Estimator and Certified Construction Manager, John’s credentials reflect his depth of expertise. His work includes assessing property conditions, estimating support throughout construction, and crafting cost-efficient strategies tailored to client needs.
Throughout his career, John has managed projects of all scales, from complex theme park attractions such as the Wizarding World of Harry Potter to large-scale aviation developments and luxury hospitality projects. He excels in fostering transparent communication and client collaboration, always prioritizing a project’s long-term success. His contributions to projects across the U.S. and the Caribbean highlight his ability to adapt to diverse challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
