
With over 28 years of experience in cost estimating, project management, and project controls, Drew Horn serves as Vice President of Operations at KMI International. He is also the company’s Themed Entertainment Practice Lead, specializing in delivering innovative solutions for complex projects in the theme park, hospitality, and aerospace industries. Drew has developed a reputation for adaptability and creative problem-solving, traits that allow him to meet the evolving needs of his clients effectively.
Drew’s leadership ensures KMI remains at the forefront of the latest construction technologies and techniques. He oversees the company’s project management, estimating, and project controls services, emphasizing holistic solutions that maximize financial investment and align with client goals. His expertise spans conceptual estimating, design-build estimates, and rough order of magnitude pricing for projects ranging from $100,000 to multi-billion-dollar endeavors.
Drew is a respected figure in themed entertainment, with contributions to groundbreaking projects such as Universal’s Beijing Park and Resort and Walt Disney World’s Animal Kingdom. He is actively involved in community engagement through KMI Cares, where he collaborates with organizations like Give Kids the World to support meaningful projects.
In addition to his professional achievements, Drew is passionate about philanthropy and making a positive impact wherever he can lend his expertise. He is a member of the International Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (IAAPA), the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA), and previously served on the Orlando City Soccer Foundation Board. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
